I think it was a mistake to call it vassal vagal, it should have been vaso vagal. Have you been given beta blockers? That is what I am on. I asked about a pace maker but my Dr says that as my heart is otherwise healthy he would not like for me to go down the pace maker route. Do you get a racing heart aswell? I hate the side effects of beta blockers and they don't seem to control my symptoms anyway, so I can't understand what good they are doing me.
