I took 0.1mg of Flourinef for 18 months. I would get terrible headaches if I did not take it. I cut down and eventually gave up the Flourinef just over two years ago. Since then I have stuck with lots of salt, cold showers, drinking lots, jogging and plenty of sleep. I occasionally feel a bit dizzy but have not passed out. I am long overdue for a severe attack as it normally occurs every 2 years.
