I got an email after posting on another forum. This lady tells me i have vaso-vagal syndrome. I mentioned in my post there, that i am in fear of throwing up. She asked me if i felt dizzy or any vertigo. No i dont...all i feel is the nausea at any given time, for no reason. I dont feel faint, or dizzy. I do suffer from depression/anxiety, and wondered if this could be causing the fear of throwing up. When i feel nausea i run outside my home, and walk fast in a frantic fear, breathing heavy, and panicking. I do not like the feeling of gagging. Could this be the right forum for this? Do i have vaso-vagal syndrome like she mentioned? thanks potato158@aol.com
