Melisa, What was the reason for the pacemaker....did your HR drop? If you have not yet seen an EP doctor, you might think about seeing one for your passing out. There are meds. like Zoloft that do help some people with vasovagalsyncope. The NDRF site might be a good place for you to find more information.Its hard to understand why the pacemaker isn't helping you from continuing to pass out. Have they ever tried Beta-blocker meds for you? Take care and keep posting
