I have been through one already, it had to be changed. The batteries run out every 5-15 years and I had already had mine for 5 years and it needed to be replaced. Every 5 or so years I have to get a new one. Even though having the pacemaker does not stop my episodes so I was wondering if it was maybe something else. Thanks for your comments.
