Vasovagal Syncope

I am a 22 year old that has been passing out since i was 14. I have had EKG, EEG, ECG, the heart holter and many other tests run. My doctor came up with the idea that i have Vasovagal Sycope. Ive been reading all these articles and none of them sound like what happens to me. When i get excited or start to laugh is when I tend to pass out. I have had 2 pacemakers and they dont stop the attack. I still pass out. If anyone has any information they would like to pass this way. please do. I would appreciate it.
