have you heard of a condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) I too have many of the same symptoms and experienced my first attack with my 2 young children in the back of my car. It is so scary, you think you are going to die. I too have great anxiety that this will happen (and it has without warning) I still don;t have answers like treatment for this but I have docs. working on it. You may want to consult a doc. who ican do autonomic nervous testing, or tilt table testing to help diagnose.
