Cough/micturition/laughter syncope

I have a patient with syncope induced by 30 seconds coughing, micturation and laughter. Given that he does not have chest disease, urinary obstruction or any other treatable condition I was wondering if anyone has tried vagolytic drugs such as Disopyramide for this condition.
