I fainted again the other night and after scaring the people around me, I said that I would go see a dcotor. My past episodes with fainting have been two times, where I did have a seizure, and others where I have not. I did pass out while driving and again two days later, while standing. I get this very hot feeling, my hearing goes and then my sight starts tunneling in on me and down I go. My last episode left me shaky for a day and with a headache for several days. I had bloodwork done, a chest x-ray and an EKG. The doctor said it showed a short PR and that he wants a cardiologist to read the EKG. I also have to go in for an echocardiogram, EEG, CT scan and holter monitor. Has anyone else had these tests done? Do they show normal if it is vasovagal syncope? I looked up short PR wave and read that it can be caused from a long or short vaso tone. Is this related? Thanks.
