I have malignant vaso-vagal syncope (my heart stops during fainting episodes). Although several traditional doctors have recommended a pacemaker, I believe it is only a band-aid solution, since my episodes have always been linked to either immediate stress or a delayed reaction to a stressful situation.
I am exploring several alternative approaches with holistic physicians and through some research & reading. I would like to know if any of you have information or direct experience with any of the following therapies or any other natural alternatives: *neurobiofeedback *cranial-sacral therapy *breathwork *herbology (such as kava-kava) *meditation *psychotherapy, behavior modification thereapy, etc. *visualization *vitamin supplementation *etc., etc. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
