Hi, everyone has different symptoms. The nausouness and sweating are very classic for most of us,but haven't heard of the head thing you talk about. A chiropractor is not the answer. They sometimes can cause more harm to you by adjusting your neck, like having a stroke. Do your research on chiropractors.
