Strange feeling in neck and base of skull.

I have VVS, or so they say. When i pass out or having the pre- passing out symptoms. I get this weird feeling in my neck and head. My neck feels weak and my head feels like it weighs a ton , I also get the typical symptoms of nausea and sweating and such... Anyone else feel like this? Maybe I need to see a chiropractor? hmmmmmm.
