Fatigue. Lights...does anyone feel like this?

I am so tired all the time. I have VVS and during presyncope and after I am so fatigued . My legs feel like a ton. All I want to do is sleep. I have noticed that when I am walking in wal-mart my symptoms get worse, could it be the lights??????
