Hi Carnzy, sounds like you know what your triggers are for your VV. ie: crowded areas, menses etc. Some people after getting very hot and dizzy, will pass out.Did you notice that after the 30minutes you felt better, but fatigued? There is quite a bit on the internet on vasovagal disorders. Have you looked it up, under its differant names? Try looking up: neurocardiogenic, neurally mediated hypotension, fainting, pre-syncope, syncope etc. Let me know if this helps.

One more thought, sometimes hormone flucuations can cause us to feel like fainting.
