My Dad 'passes out' mainly when sitting on the toilet. He is consious, but out of it and very weak. He will tell me 'he thinks he is dying'. He is 85 and just sits most of the day in his wheel chair or recliner. The episodes again mainly happen in the morning (10:00) about the same time every day when the caretaker brings him in the bathroom. This will happen almost every day for a week and then nothing for a few weeks. The bathroom is warm so I can turn off the heat to it, plus I asked the caretakers to have him stand up every hour and walk in place (with assistance). Any other ideas? Has this bathroom thing happened to anyone else? Thank.... Fran
