Hi Laura, Can relate to the awful fainting stuff. My symptoms are similar, but don't know what my trigger is. Yes there are alot of people who have problems with lights and fainting. If you can, find a Doctor who is familiar with dysautonomias. It is my understanding that your autonomic system gone hay wire causes various types of fainting. Your fainting spells do sound like vasovagal syncope. Yes it also takes me days after the fainting or even a pre-fainting event to feel better. What ever better is!!!!
