I beleive I had a vaso vagal experience this morning. I was in a restaurant and the man next to me started choking-I became dizzy and nauesus and passed out. This was the fourth time in 10 years that I fainted from the witnessing of a medical emergency or family crisis. Any thoughts or remedies?
