How is Vasovagal syndrome diagnosed??

Would like to know how people get their diagnosis for vasovagal syndrome. what tests are there that give a person this diagnosis? I have been having pre fainting and fainting for a long time. I always get very hot and dizzy. When I do pass out, I am really hot and nausous afterword.

I need answers very bad. Help please!!
