I am in the middle of this diagnosis, and am completely terrified. I have been experiencing these spells on and off for > than 5 months. My fear is that I will be diriving and it will happen. I am 28 years old and relatively healthy. Although my stress does not seem more intense when these occur, I guess it is rather intense in general. Does anyone have any new news on this?
