It seems that in both cases vigorous activity lead to the episodes.

I don't work out on an empty stomach. Also, I make a point of drinking lots of water while I exercise.

Inderal does not seem to be anything like the Beta2 blocker I am taking (Serevent, A.K.A. salmeterol).

I knew my heart rate was going down because I could *feel* it. It would beat hard once every two or three seconds. Do other people feel this as well?
