There is a site on the internet that is very good for information, etc. Do a search with the letters, NDRF. Once that comes up in your search, click and you are there. No, there is no pain with the tilt table test. For many it is the only test that helped diagnose them. If your son has vasovagal syncope, the test will try to duplicate these symptoms. There is also alot of reading on the internet about the test. Hope this helps.
