Passed tilt table test?

Have had pre-fainting/fainting for 2 yrs. The events always start the same. Feeling dizzy, very hot and nausous.No pattern to when they will occur. All my tests including the tilt table test showed no abnormalities. My Doc. thinks I have vagalvasal reflex. Has anyone else been diagnosed with no positive tests to back up the diagnosis???? Just started taking Inderal 5mg twice a day. Any one else been diagnosed with NO test results to back up the diagnosis?? Yes, I have had a whole series of various tests.
