I am 19 and have had vao vagal since i was about 13 although it wasnt diagnosed till last year. I have had a tilt table test and it is not at all painful, you just lay on a table and they attach some moniters to your chest to record your heart rate and blood pressure, they then tilt the table for about 40 mins and take readings every few minutes. It is not painful just incredibly boring lol. I wish you the best of luck!
