I have had 4 episodes since Aug 1999, dec 99, feb. 2000, and just last night. All from eating and then immediate diahrhia and hot sweats and blood pressure drops to 60/40 and pass out. Please tell me if I should see a gastrointestinal doctor - all the emergency doctors say the same as your article. I need some answers - mostly caused from spicey foods eaten twice and stress 2 times it was soft boil eggs and fried chicken gravy pototoes. I must have food allergies and of course my lower bowel is reacting within 10 minutes after eating - I know i'm going to pass out within 10 minutes. please help - I have all the reports and I have made an appointment with a Mayo internist in Phoenix. Any suggestions?
