Glad you got those results. I thought that was the answer to my reactions to novacaine, and other caine derivatives, however I also had the reaction to caines without epinephrine (i.e., lidocaine). I hope I was properly informed about the lidocaine not cantaining epin. I have found good results with laying down, as it seems the deep penetration with the needle causes the VV. Finally got a cavity filled with lidocaine and head lower than feet position with good results.
