When I go "out cold", my eyes roll back in my head and I go briefly "stiff" for a second or two according to witnesses. My doctor said although it is "seizure-like", my EEG's have never shown I have an actual seizure, but it's scary and it knocks me out for days afterwards. Hope this helps.
