I would suggest that you see a cardiologist wo is familiar with vaso-vagal syncope (sure sounds like you have it to me). My doctors advise that you should not drink alcohol, should (and this always seems to be highly stressed) drink a lot of water (at leats 2 litres a day), and be liberal with your salt intake. This is to help you retain fluids and keep your bloddpressure up. You may also benefit from medication that is frequently prescribed for this.

YES, I HAVE HAD THE TILT TEST, I PASSED OUT TWICE DURING THE TEST; BUT BECAUSE MY BLOOD PRESSURE NOR MY HEART RATE DID NOT CHANGE THE RESULTS OF THE TILT TEST WERE NEGATIVE. ALL MY TEST HAVE COME BACK FINE; BUT I STILL HAVE THE SYMPTOMS. GOOD LUCK TO YOU, I HOPE THAT YOU GET DIAGNOSED CORRECTLY!
