My episodes are (so far) not as intense as yours, but I have symptoms inbetween almost constantly. I can feel like I'm going to pass out for hours, without actually passing out.

I was on zoloft for a week and a half starting with a half pill every day for the first week. on the 8th day i had a reaction in wich i felt like i was passing out and having a heart attack it was the worse i have ever felt in my life. i went to the E.R. to be checked out and they told me to stop using the zoloft. i felt pretty good the first couple of days but on that last day i decided i would rather feel the depression and dizziness than go through that again.
