Sexual Relation & Confusion

This happens the most after doing anything sexual, the doc said sexual stuff could overstimulate the vagal nerve and cause it, is there anything to fix that aspect? Also, is confusion a normal part of vaso-vagal syncope, and i usually don't pass out from these episodes but they make me really sick.

I have VV and I think sometimes laughter is the best medicine.
