Has anyone experienced waking up out of a sound sleep with a rushing feeling through your chest area into your arms and then head? Sometimes the other symptoms follow, rapid heart beat, warm sweating, dizzy feeling, strong urge to relieve your bladder and sometimes, bowels. I have never fainted. I have tried a beta blocker. Helped for a couple of months. I am now trying a salt pill to elevate blood pressure. Increasing my salt intake makes me wake up to terrible night sweats which will also bring on an attack. Any suggestions of anything that will help. This has become an every night ocurrence. Thanks
