Ive been diagnosed with VV but the consultant did not give me any medication. He actually said to drink 2 litres of water in the first few hours of the day, avoid prolonges sitting and standing. This is difficult as when I'm at work I cant ask to be laid down every time I feel dizzy. Also if I dont go to work means no money which as you can imagine leads to other things. I'm only 21 and because of this missed exams and assignments at university. Can someone please help and advise on what to do. Thanx

After a very scary dizzy spell and extreme weekness I was told I had a Vaso Vagal Reaction. What is it ,have other fainting spells been related, what can I do to stop this from happening again?
