I was recently diagnosed with vasovagel via a tilt table test. I had gone to bed with my heart racing due to a glass of red wine. When I awoke, my head & arms were numb. I passed out, lost control of bowels & bladder & wound up in ER. I still get attacks but haven't gone out completely. I now lay on floor with feet elevated, sometimes for 3 hours. I wish there was a support group to join, I really dont feel like I know enough about this. A real nightmare to say the least. I'm starting to get phobic about leaving the house. Anyway, good luck to you. Hope all turns out well.
