Your experience sounds very much like mine. My attacks are brought on by pain in the stomach and an immediate urge to use the bathroom. I sweat profusely, feel very dizzy and feel that I will pass out any second. This last episode involved a ride in an ambulance to the hospital because my husband thought I was having a heart attack. My pulse was racing, I was sweating, and I had the strangest sensation of an electrical current running through my entire body. The EMT couldn't even get a reading on my blood pressure. After blood tests for electrolytes and oxygen levels, an EKG, a chest x-ray, and a urine test, the ER doc pronounced me fine and said I just had an extremely bad IBS episode (another condition that no one can explain) and sent me on my way. On the ride home I started going back into the whole thing again. I also am being treated for high blood pressure and many allergies.
