help for vaso-vagal sufferers in the Washington, D.C. area?

I believe I have been having these episodes. I start by feeling faint, nauseated, sweating profusely, I keep my head down or breathe into my blanket so as not to pass out. It is very scary. I just started having these episodes about a month ago and they seem to be coming more often. I have noticed that it only happens at nightime so I lose alot of sleep. Is there any thing anyone can recommend to help with this?
