I have an 18 month old granddaughter who seems to have had a Vaso Vagal episode. Severe vomiting, diarrhea, extreme sweating and fainting or sizure type reaction. Is this uncommon for such a young age?

He should have an echocardiogram and based on the results of that, possibly an angiogram. The aortic valve can be replaced with mechanical (which I don't recommend) or tissue valves.
