I need help!16yr old and vagal reaction? ASAP

i have been experiencing most of the symptoms i have read about here, and everyone that i have talked to ( even my doctors) have told me its all stress and is nothing to be really concerned over. I am 16 and most of my episodes occur in the shower, some at night ( i will wake up) and some will occur at random throughout the day. The doctor has prescribed Celexa for me, but he says it will reduce the stress.. Durning my epsodes what will happen is i will become light headed and experience extreme nausea and i will black out and whatever i hit when i fall unconscious wakes me but due to shock i hyperventilate. These are not regular but occur 5-6 times a week. Although since i have been on this Celexa it has reduced the number .. but has increased the intensity.. i have repeatedly explained this to my doctor but he still says it is stress.. infact that is what he tells me is the cause of everything. i am also on a high pain medication for severe stomach pains. these occur after i have had a reaction, but ecen before i have had a episode i had these pains .. they will come about every twenty minutes and last for maybe 2-3 minutes.. they completely double me over. i dont understand how stress can cause all this.. not to say it couldnt be a contributer but its shurely can not be the only cause.. i jsut want to hear any suggestions that i can get to helop me figure out what is wrong.. thank you for your time i really am worried about having them in public or not being able to get out of the bathroom ( or away form anything hard ) in time before i fall unconscious... hopefully someone can give me some sort of helpful advice.
