i have vaso vagal syncope and i faint several times a week but there is also times when i just expiereance bad dizziness etc without fainting and this is cause of the vaso vagal too!

About 15 years ago I had Mono when I was in my 20's. Shortly after that I realized that my memory had changed. I had been very big into rock music and knew the names of all of the members of the bands that I liked and then simply could not remember them at all. I also found myself losing my nouns. Having problems with simple words like pen or lamp. I knew what I wanted to say but could not remember the word. Now I have started having mild dizzy spells that last for days and then suddenly get worse. I left work last week in an ambulance thinking heart attack. My BP was 200/110 when the paramedics got here. Ice cold hands and numb feet, tunnel vision and vertigo. wondering whats going on?
