Thank you for your comments. When I have a dizzy spell I always have stiffness or tightness in the neck, upper shoulders. Sometimes a hot shower or heating pad in that area feels good. One episode about 5 years ago was unusually severe as I was bedridden for 2-3 days. My back at that time was somewhat painful along with severe dizziness. I have been seeing a chiropractor for about 5 months. I did not have a spell for 3 months until last week. It was not as bad as previous ones. I am interested in your expanding on this subject. Thank you.

Can anyone tell me the tests given to diagnos this problem. I had an ekg, blood tests and all showed normal.
