dizzy spells   (vaso-vagel)?

I recently spoke with a woman with vaso-vagel. I seem to have every symptom when I have an episode, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, on rare occasion, vomiting, cold, etc. but I have never fainted. Has anyone experienced the same?

I have been recently diagnosed, I find that lifting brings on an attack, is this common? Any reply I would appreciate. Thank You
