Mimi, You did a great job describing the way you felt during the episode. The "in and out" part was EXACTLY what happened to me. It was like I knew I should go to the hospital or something, but couldn't quite think clearly enough to say it, or didn't have the energy to say it. Like you say it in your mind, but opening your mouth and saying the words is too much effort. How often have you had these? Do you have a problem with spastic colon or diarrhea? Mine V-V ONLY happens during an extreme colon spasm.

I want to know what this is. Someone told me I may have it. I do not "pass out", just get dizzy and loose balance. Especially when it is hot. I get very unstable and if there isn't a chair or wall, I do fall down, but do not pass out. Are these the symptons of VASO VAGEL SYNDROME?
