I just got a kick out of hearing the term vaso-vagal used on the TV show ER (rerun). The docs think some guy is passed out in the bathroom (they sent him there to give a stool sample -yuch) and Carrie Weaver says something to the effect of "Somebody get a key, he may be having a vaso-vagal reaction! [melodramatic tone!]"

I thought the same thing, but I had mine done and was tilted straight up and after 14min I started blacking out then I started haveing tunnel vision. The nurses said I did that for 2 min and then passed out. From what I've been told if you pass out you can be sure you have vv, but if you don't then you could still have vv.
