I already have a panic disorder while driving my car. I am on Paxil for it. Now I have to worry about passing out while driving!!!!!! I keep a can of potato chips in my car and always try to have water with me. I have only known about this syndrome for about a week and the doctor is still trying to eliminate different things but he really thinks I have the Vaso Vagal. Don't know if this will help, but it's comforting to know someone else is under the same situation. Hang in there!!

An EKG isn't always the answer. I had 3 and they had shown that everything was normal. Please ask your for Tilt Table Test. If you pass out with the test then you definitely have vv if you don't then you could possibly still have vv.
