Fainting from pain

Hi Diana, just wanted to let you know that I always faint from pain, and have been vasovagal since the age of 4. I am now 34 and my best advice is to just lie your child on the floor with legs elevated until the fainting has passed. If you would like to hear more about my VV please email witchkel@hotmail.com. Cheers, Kelly

Ask your doctor about a tilt table test. It is non-invasive, not painful, but I did experience the same symptoms as when I pass out--nausea, sweating, poor color, heart rate dropped to 32 (from 62), and lowered blood pressure. It can confirm that this is what you/your daughter have. Let me know!
