Dear Chris, I have the same type of vaso vagal that you do. The only difference is that I have always passed out in the bathroom. This has happened to me 7 times in the last two years. I am 55 and have had numerous tests to determine the cause to no avail. I have a high blood pressure problem and take a great deal of medication and am wondering if the meds have a bearing on the problem. I had my last episode the week before Christmas. It is always followed by diarrhea and extreme fatigue as well as severe shaking. If you have any success finding a remedy, let me know. It is a puzzling problem that somewhat limits a person. I am planning a trip to Europe and surely don't want this to happen there.

My husband and I also sneeze when we look at bright light or into the sun. We would love to know why. Please help us if you can.
