Don't worry about it that much. You can't do much about it anyways from what I've been told. I too had passed out on the bathroom floor at 2:00 am one morning. My wife heard the loud noise of me falling and pulling down the shower curtin and rod. I was probably out for 1 minute until she woke me. I had been standing there taking a leak and before I could even flush ---- boom, down for the count. I woke up there confused not knowing what happened and went back to bed. Now, I'm 32 years old and just ran a marathon in October and consider myself in excellent health. My doctor ran ekg 2 days later and after talking came to this conclusion too. I never heard about it before. She said it may never occur again in my life or it may happen when ever. But I'm not going to worry about it and let it ruin my life. My wife and joke about it from time to time.
Take care, good luck.

HI, I HAVE HAD SOME SCARY THINGS GOING ON SINCE AUGUST. I AM AWAKENED SUDDENLY AND ITS ALL I CAN DO TO GET TO THE BATHROOM. I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO EXPLODE. I HAVE EVERYTHING I CAN DO TO GET TO THE BATHROOM IN TIME. I USUALLY PASS OUT WHILE ON THE TOILET AND LAND ON THE FLOOR . I WAKE IN A PROFUSE SWEAT FROM HEAD TO TOE. I JUST WANT TO LAY ON THE COLD CERAMIC FLOOR AND GET MYSELF TOGETHER . I DON'T EVEN MOVE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. ITS AWFUL! I RECENTLY WENT THRU A COLONOSCOPY TEST AND THE DR. DOING THE TEST SUGGESTED THAT I MAY HAVE V V. I NEVER HEARD OF IT UNTIL THAT DAY. I AM DESPERATELY SEEKING THE RIGHT DIAGNOSIS,SINCE THIS REALLY IS CONCERNNG TO ME. MY REGULAR DR. IS RUNNING ALL KINDS OF TESTS ON ME JUST TO RULE OUT OTHER THINGS,BUT,AFTER READING SOME OF THE ARTICLES IN HERE,I AM QUITE SURE THAT I TOO HAVE VASO VAGAL. GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS. TRYING TO GET HELP
