I was just diagnosed with vaso depressor syncope after being treated for 20 years for a heart condition. I was having near fainting spells and problems with my eyes not focusing. It was scarey being home alone at age 59 with a 3 & 5 year old to raise. A new hospital and cardiologist saw me a took me off 9 medications and placed me on topral also has me drinking large amounts of gator ade, walking to increase the firmness of the bloodvessels in my legs so that the blood will not pool in my legs. So far so good after only 4 months and 1 instance. I thank the ambulance driver that sent me to a new hospital.
