I too was diagnosed with vaso vagal seizures after passing out several times. The last time I passed out I ended up in the hospital for 5 days with a concussion. They couldn't get my blood pressure up. When I got out of the hospital they took my driving priveledges and said I couldn't work for 6 months. I was having some side effects from the Keppra that they put me on so I got a second opinion form a neurologist at St. Lukes hospital in Kansas city. She said that she feels like doctors are to eager to label people that pass out and they cant figure out why. She took me off of the seizure meds and is doing further testing. It could be as simple as a vitamin or mineral deficiency in my case. Please don't give up hope.
