I CURED MY PANIC ATTACKS FOR GOOD - HERES HOW I DID IT ! Well now, if anyone is reading this they will realize the young person who wrote it was 15 at the time and is now 20. I pray that the attacks have gone away for ever for him. Why do I say that ? Because I had Panic Attacks for a duration of over 5 years until I cured them forever (almost-minimal tiny ones every couple years but I feel that is normal ). Anyway, the 15 year olds experience in the theater was to me a classic Pannick attack from Anexity. The discription of it returning when going back to theaters is why I say it's a classic. Actually he's lucky because he can pinpoint the fact that a specific environment can induce it and that helps when understanding how to beat them down to submission and at a level of no return. It took me years to figure out what I had but when I did I took self help by means of a $300 set of cassett tapes designed to help. They did. Here is a list of the best things I learned and I am very confident they will helpothers get rid of these crazy mindbending panic attacks for good: 1) Realize that 30% of men and 20% of Women go through this stage in life. 2) Some stages are more severe than others - Mine were the worst (Thinking I was having a nervous Breakdown, Heart Attack, Dieing, Cold Sweats , Cant think etc etc etc). 3) Realize they will not be there forever and that you can speed up the process of eliminating their reoccurance. 4) When they first start coming you can tell that they are - You can feel the physical changes at the very beginning of the Attack. 5) Once you feel it starting, You should immediately picture them as a 3 foot wave in the ocean that is headed at you while you are wadding in the water waist deep - This is the best trick to controling them. Once you can envision that then you must also realize that it (like a wave) will pass by you. It may cause a disturbance to your stability for a bit but only for the length of time it takes to pass through you like a wave.6) Once you have done this the first time your 70% done with eliminating them. After all you just stood your ground and didnt get washed away by it. Where before you would be so afraid of them your mind would try to run away from them, But like a Wave the more you try to run from it the longer you are actually engulfed in it. 8) Now just continue to do that each time they come and magically you will see that with each reoccurance the magnitude or size of the Anxiety Panic Attack Wave as well as the frequency of their Attacks gets smaller and farther apart each time. In no time at all you will see that they will give up trying to get into your head and they will be gone for good. I wish all Good Luck - I know that you will have the same success I had with this simple but effective mental excercise / method that actually cured me from those aweful things.
