i was reading this forum and decided to add to it. i have suffered from symptoms for years but have never been diagnosed. it started first when i was 25 usually always happens while im asleep in the middle of the night i will awake with a terrible stomach ache and have to directly have a bowel movement usually always pass out on the toilet always go to the hospital in an ambulance where they hook me up keep me for a couple hours then send me home some time i will have one about once a year and at my worst it was at the hospital every other night once while i was in the ambulance the medical person told me he thought i had vasal vagal problems i had never heard of it before but started reading about it and alot of the same symptoms high anxiety terrible stomach cramps bowel movement low blood pressure once while having an attack my blood pressure was 30/45 usually after it happens my body is so week and sore it feels like i have carried a horse on my back for three day walk it is an awful experience and it has completly changed my life i eat salt drink plenty of water and fluids used to if i ate something that day and had a attack i never ate it again i havent had a problem that required an ambulance in years but there isnt a night that goes by i dont worry that it will happen again im now 42 and just enjoyed my first steak since i was 25 and it sure tasted great i have eliminated alot of food because of this what ever it is i suffer from worried it will trigger it again but one by one i wanna eat them hope someone can help me to decide weither my symptoms sound like vv or not i also fight the ambulance people but have no remembrance of doing it the one guy told me it was my fight are flight kicking in
