Your doctor is most likely correct. It can be manageable and those who regularly exercise if they are able to seem to be better off. Doctors vary in the terms they call this, dysautonomia, orthostatic hypotension, Nuero Cardiogenic Syncope, POTS depending on your reactions during tilt table testing, ie what your blood pressure and heart rate do. Unfortunately, many people get blown off as having anxiety when there is really other issues going on. If your not comfortable with a diagnosis always get a second opinion and be your own advocate as there are a lot of symptoms that can relate to many different diagnosis - sometimes it is a process of elimination.
